I get a lot of questions about what I eat, what I don’t eat, do I workout, and the list goes on. I want to introduce a new section of my blog dedicated to my current wellness plan and I want to learn what you guys are doing too. I love hearing about new or old tips, tricks, and advice that can help in anyway.
In full disclosure, I am not claiming to be an expert on wellness. I do love my candy the same way an 8 year old does, but I try and balance out my vices with exercise and a diet filled mostly with organic, whole foods. Stay tuned for a behind-the-scenes look at my diet and exercise practice.
