you guys know I’ve been doing Blue Apron for the last year but they don’t offer a paleo option. After a quick google search for paleo recipes I found Green Chef. what I liked about Green Chef right away was the 100% organic food they use for all their recipes.

I was thrilled to find a company that actually created what looked like amazing recipes, so you can imagine how excited I was to give them a try. Green Chef did not disappoint. I made cauliflower rice for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. No seriously, it was.

I plan to continue eating mostly if not all paleo because I just feel better eating this way AND my body looks better than it did when I was eating gluten almost everyday. The body does not lie.
