my workout routine

hi guys!

I workout at Rival Fitness 2-3 days a week. For me, it’s easier to be consistent every week with my workouts if I only limit my days to 3x a week so that I don’t get burnt out and resist going to the gym.  I love Rival Fitness because it’s a boutique gym that doesn’t feel intimidating. when I first get to the gym I run on the treadmill for 40 minutes, or 4 miles. the key to getting through my run is a good playlist or my favorite Pandora station for running, deadmau5.

after my run I work on arms. I like to lift 24lbs on and elevated bench. I do 3 sets of 15.

next I do straight arm lifts and bicep curls with 10lbs weights, 3 sets of 12.

for glutes and quads, I do an extended leg lift using 15lbs and I hold a 15lb ball doing squats. both 2 sets of 12 reps. for abs, I do sit ups any time a have a free minute, be it at home watching tv or at the gym.

my absolute favorite active wear is RYU. I’ve tried many over the years and RYU is by far the best quality and fit I have found.
