I’ve been doing Blue Apron for over a year and when I get asked exactly WHAT is Blue Apron, I find that there is still some confusion as to what it is. so I thought it would be a great idea to just show you what I receive at my door step every tuesday.
I’ve opted for the 2 person dinner x 3 meals a week. the recipes are easy enough for beginners and take about 30-45 minutes from start to finish. I love the variety of the dishes and Blue Apron never repeats a recipe within a year. how cool is that?!
because I’m doing Paleo right now I left out the soba noodles and just followed the steps for the veggies and salmon. it was so good. have you guys tried Blue Apron? what are your thoughts?!
